Hey Vap! Very impressive designs and hardware solution.
I was wondering if there’s any change that you could share the case design in .step or .3mf, i’m planning on building a adaption of this that has added another 2 buttons for turn signals & hazards / light toggles.
Another modification I was thinking about with the remote was seeing if its possible to fit a 18650 battery instead for increased battery life, its probably too tight but I figure it’s worth a try.

I’ve made it in Blender, I know I should learn proper CAD at some point.
I could post the blender file, it’s a bit unmanageable at the moment though. I just need to properly name all the cutters, and change all booleans to Blender’s new manifold mode.
And for the button situation I would place the buttons as bottom and top where you rest your index finger sort a sloped button cover, Realistically you’d print the button area with TPU (yellow) then if needed stiffen the clicker surface with some other solid filament if need (red outlines), then add two buttons (green).
As for the 18650 battery i feel like if you would move the screw position I crossed over in the screenshot fitting the cell more or less flat against that side of the wall should be possible, giving enough room for the cell and electronics, Whilst im not against the idea of 14500 I just figure chance is more people have 186500s laying about (me included).
Another space saving measure I was thinking if of if it gets too tight is switching to a smaller power toggle, the one you have in the build guide seems a little bit big for this build no?
Also using smaller cables like 32 or 36awg might help save space.
Or if building a custiom pcb is an idea, having the bottom of the remote house the mcu and then just a ribbon cable up to the buttons and potentiometer / screen to a splitter board, though this obviously makes the barrier to building this remote higher.
Oh and yes please post the Blender files. I’m sure the measurements will be more accurate there than the .stl files for modification.
