Hello Everyone:

So when Bustin shortened their classic 35″ Sportster deck in 2023, all the old enclosures stopped fitting. That meant we needed something new that actually worked with the updated shape and could handle serious builds. That’s where I came up with the 2025 Sportster MS Enclosure, designed specifically for any Sportster deck made from 2023 onward.

Here’s what makes it awesome:

  • Massive Battery space: You can fit up to an 18s4p with 21700 cells, so voltage and range are no problem for a fast eBoard.
  • Clean internal layout: Plenty of room for your ESC, BMS, charge ports, and wiring, without cramming or airflow issues.
  • Segmented design: It flexes with the deck while you ride—no cracking, no stress, just smooth performance.
  • Tough as hell: Built with the same durability and impact resistance our enclosures are known for. It can take a beating.

Do you have a mounting hole layout you recommend?

I’d suggest following the location of the recesed holes on the enclosure itselft

oh duh I missed the one picture where they are very obvious. my bad.

I think I heard about some drama around Bustin boards qc lately. don’t mean to sour your thread. Maybe find older decks is what im sayin.

@eBoosted is there a reason why you made the enclosure ms rather than just a ds all the way thru?
