On the stock ss enclosure the 12s6p was staggered 4 at the bottom 2 at top with 3/8 inch foam gasketā€¦ 12s8p regular configuration with a 1/2 inch foam gasket.

On the Haero Bro I used the Hs11 DS Enclosure 12S8P 21700 P42S. But there should be specific DS enclosures for both soonā€¦

They are printed with 3D Solutech TPE. I have had really good results with it, but they dont seem to make it anymore. Iā€™m going to have to experiment with other filaments.

I finally finished my post comparing the Samsung 30Q vs the Molicel P26A. Iā€™ve also got some P26Aā€™s coming in this week, and I plan to make some PCB Batteries to stock on DuckBatterySystems.com :grin:
