You could try modeling them yourself then if you have a 3d printer ( or use someone else’s) go through trial and error until you find one that works. Once one works go to pcb way or some other manufacturer and have it cnc’d.
You will 100% end up paying more if you get custom made ones, not to mention they probably won’t last very long unless you actually know what your are doing.
