If I eventually sell my Trampa build (unfinished) I want to look for a deck that offers a switch between up to 200mm wheels and Euruthanes.
I have a set of 270mm trucks. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Preferably not a massive deck, and enough space for a 12s4p battery.

nope standard is 608 for 8mm and i think 6900 are drop in replacements (tiny bit less wide but i believe should work)

also for the deck i have used a hummie for that exact thing or depending on your battery size needs a demonseed with eboosted enclosure should be fine
Pretty much any drop down deck would work. LY EVO, LY Switchblade, or the Hummie deck to name a few popular ones.
Yeah, 0.009 of full hard temper is a bit much. Probably best to get some 0.002" or 0.001" and go multiple wraps.
You probably don’t want to go over about 0.020" worth of gap with this method though if you can avoid it, it just gets messy and less reliable.
