Hey everyone! I am still a little ways away from affording a new board, but looking ahead, I am hoping to get a DIY focused pre built board. Currently I am quite interested in the lacroix barrel SS. I don’t want anything crazy heavy or expensive, but I wanted to get some opinions on other options out there. Thanks in advance!!

currently looking about the 2500 range, but that kinda pivots on me selling some of my current boards (not listed yet) just wanting to get an idea i guess
I would buy a used DIY from this forum and start there.

Depends on budget and goals but Linnpower Evo gets the best parts for the price as far as I can tell. But if your plan is diy I wouldn’t even start on a prebuilt.

Starting on a prebuilt can be the fastest way, but it really depends which one. An Evolve, for example, would be a horrible choice.

Would u be interested in a DIY Stooge raceboard ready to run? Can make within ur 2.5k budget
not super interested in a race board, more into cruising around.

How about a hoyt tabor? Supertabor we call it cuz its a one and only variant speced with extra kick from HQ. Selling it with a bundle of wheels and tires
Depending on your budget you could have something custom made or you could even buy a higher quality used DIY.
