Anyone here ever had their personal property taken by an esk8 company? I’m looking for any assistance and advise on how to possibly retrieve them. @XBoard is located in New Jersey. I’m trying to get them back without having to take legal action unless i really have to.
@XBoard has had my parts since 2023! I’ve been asking for them bag since October of 2024 because Xavier literally lagged and didn’t do anything since i shipped them in 2023. Xavier had my parts for 2 years but and i want them back! I’ve emailed, messaged by phone, messaged via social media, and I’ve even called his phone directly! Yesterday he called me back in accident and didn’t say a word but i clearly heard him talking to someone on the other side (i have phone records).
I just want my parts as they are my personal property, not his! Xavier needs to give back what belongs to me. My parts are considered stolen until they are returned! I’ve been trying to get a hold of you since March! Xavier is wasting my time and money! I worked hard to afford those parts! I want them back!
I want my 16s4p (brand new when he got them from godsteraps), my stooge 3 link trucks with srb rt tires, pinion gears, and my bindings! I also have receipts for all of these as well!
I don’t want Xavier’s board and I’m not asking for anything free! Xavier had his Chance and blew it. I patiently waited for more than a year and just gave the benefit of the doubt with all the excuses! Xavier got no integrity! Xavier made promises thar he didn’t keep! He thinks my belongings are just parts. I see them as time and effort i put into work to afford them! Those aren’t cheap! If Xavier @XBoard wants to keep them that badly, he should just pay me for those. I can’t even trust the battery since it’s been 2 years and who even knows what you did with them!
So far, Xavier last messaged me in April 2025 and has ghosted me since. I see on Instagram that he has read the countless messages I’ve any him but just keep ignoring me. Companies and individuals like this need to do better!
I just want my parts back!

Thank you. I’ve Been trying to get a hold of him for a while. I would understand if it was just a couple of months but he’s had them for more than a year and it was always some excuse after another.
I energy sent him presents for the holidays and when he had a new born baby! I tried to accommodate his reasons but it’s gone way too long
Completely understandable. Hopefully he chimes in here and gets you sorted.

Situation sucks and I hope you get your stuff back… I would personally start trying to replace those items… If you happen to get them back… its a bonus and you can probably sell the extra…

I hope so too! Im literally giving him a chance to clear this up right here. I just want to know when it will be shipped and that he’s taking responsibility for any damage to them, especially the 16s4p battery. He received them brand new.

Xavier made a ups tracking number last month but like always, just probably did it to shut me up. @XBoard has not shipped my parts as of today 5/25/25.
Fwiw, he’s been a reasonably solid dude here. A bit defensive about glove design but delivered on goods in the past. I’m still rocking his illegal gloves.

I use to do work with him to promote xboard and even signed an NDA (which expired a while back). He was never like this in the past. He told me me he was busy because he had children and got injured, but still doesn’t explain holding on to my personal property since 2023. Something always came up when doing what we originally agreed upon. Then I’ve been asking for my parts back, he just ghosted.
I really hope he comes clean here and gives his side of the story and you guys decide if having someone wait 2 years is okay (including the 7 months waiting for my parts back after i said i don’t want his board). I got so receipts of the things i paid for including a phone log off my attempts to call him and all the messages.
Through out the last 2 years, he’s ethics has gone down hill. I have resulted going public just to get a tracking number in which he hasn’t even done.
