Venders have good communication with good news
When some thing goes wrong the attitude is to go silant an see if thay can just avoid the issue so thay don’t have to deal with the customer for as long as possible untill a fix happens.
No news is bad news in esk8 venders get a deadline and chase then as soon as it hits

i ordered a vesc from hyper ion about a year ago and got is super fast, but these days the website is down, so i assumed the business was shut down.

Positive experiences with @hyperIon1 here as well. 2 packs, beautifully made, at a great price. The communication was sometimes delayed but its 2 brothers making a business, not a full on corporation. Not hearing back is certainly annoying but these guys have delivered on lots of goods for me and others here.

Yeah currently I’m on my last bit of patience with them.
I’ve been waiting for this build almost since March, maybe even late February**.
Currently they have easily 2000usd of items and I can’t get a reply for shit.
Im on the verge of just asking for all the parts assembled just enough to be safe enough to ship… 
Oh also I’ve been waiting a MONTH for a 650 refund from the same group buy @glyphiks got refunded for almost instantly…
Where is my money?
And where’s my OSRR? I asked for it a long time ago

They also sold my unity behind my back and just gave me a completely different one without a box :v

The problem with these kinds threads is we only get one side or cherry picked information.
Multiple times now I’ve seen people complain about a vendor.
Only to later find out the customer changed thier mind about the order or asked for add one or was informed something they ordered was on back order.
I’m not saying this about anybody’s story’s. But do keep in mind most people telling stories from thier point of view rarely admit any faults on thier half of the situation.
It’s sad to hear people having these issues with psychotiller and hyperion. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them.
BUT… they both used to message and communicate with me regularly. Just to talk alot random shit. I haven’t heard from them in a few months.
Obviously both parts are over loading themselves aand now thier customers are paying the price.
I honestly don’t believe they are just trying to take money and run and intend on fulfilling orders.

That’s a totally different story there. He isn’t a full on “vendor” .
This is a beta run that he is hand assembling each remote and then field testing it before he sends it out.
He’s set expectations that it’s not going to be a fast turn around and I feel like he has done a hell of a job sticking to it. I’m patient, he’s doing me a favor by letting me in the beta for what could be the best remote in esk8
