Hey Guys just wanted to post this in here for those that don’t know but we are hosting an event weekend long in October and wanted to let you guys know!
We are thrilled to announce the return of CarveNYC, hosted by PEVNYC! Get ready for exhilarating group rides around the island of Manhattan, including Brooklyn & Queens!
CarveNYC will span an entire weekend, kicking off during Broadway Bomb Weekend from Friday, October 18th, to Sunday, October 20th! Join us for group rides and exciting giveaways throughout the weekend. On Sunday, don’t miss our featured race with podium placements and fantastic prizes for the winners, followed by one last epic ride to close out the weekend!
This incredible event wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of our community and industry leaders, including @radiumesk8, @ridebkb, @mad.esk8, @backfireboards, @shredlights, @hoytskate, @metroboards, @lazyrollers, @lorentzboards, @beyondridersgear, @exwayboard_official, and more sponsors yet to be announced!
We hope to see you all there to join us for a weekend packed with thrilling rides, unforgettable experiences, and much more!
Just wanna jump in here as one of the admins and organizers of this event, we’re so excited to bring this back!
Events like this are by the community, for the community! Hope to see some of y’all out there this Fall! It’s a week right after Electrify Expo if that’s incentive to stick around the East Coast
This Friday it will be available. I’ve been balancing a lot recently but carve is still on the radar and still happening just routes haven’t been fully 100% set instone yet since it’s being put together by our group of admins at PEVNYC!
Quite possible some will be there since I’ve heard many riders from all over are coming to our event, but no guarantees. @hoytkid indeed rides an M1, so there’ll be at least one present
I’m planning on it. I need an excuse to take time off work for a nice long weekend, and this fits the bill. I’ll probably look for a place to stay this weekend. Any recommendations on what hood to stay in to be close to stuff?
That would bring in @hoytkid’s XP3 and #00, leaving @poastoast to bring in #09 for a fam reunion…
We have a couple of friends from DC staying in Hoboken/Weehawken area in NJ for Carve. It’s easy access into Manhattan via the PATH Train or by taking a ferry
If you’re keen on staying in the city, Queens and Brooklyn are solid choices, if you can find spots near the Queensboro Bridge or Williamsburg Bridge, respectively. Worst feeling is riding to the meet point and having range anxiety after
