Just a heads up, if your racebox is at an angle it won’t give you accurate readings for G forces, it’ll still record accurate lap times though

I designed spacers to give the battery shell, a bit more internal height as the pack seemingly needs it.
I designed this sort of bushing that allows for use of M5 screws instead of dzus Screws
I would like to use dzus screws but had a super hard time finding properly sized Dzus screws in terms of extended length.
Kinda just wasting time atp
This can definitely be done without but essentially keeps the wires out of the way
First rendition in videos I did use zip ties or Velcro ties to secure them in place but oh get the idea.

On last thing that kinda I feel like is going to piss my off or atleast I think is anyways when I stand on it is the v6 nose has this sort of give to it that’s pretty noticeable.
Idk how that’s going to translate when riding,
maybe I should try riding it before I try reinforcing via stop block on underside
I’d chamfer or fillet these two edges, so the cable doesnt have anything to catch on. Pretty neat though

Had a bad day at work rushed to do temporary lipo wiring and rush to intro to speed, to try and program there. Scared to power it up I plugged it in and it was exciting to see them light up but my cable I guess is impeding connection somehow.
Bummer anyway back to the bench she goes
Probably a sign, it definitely was not done yet.

Obviously I’m being super quick about time with iron touch the tabs but still it can’t hurt
I really didn’t do much other than conjoining 3 in series. (Last night)
I decided I’d slam it today,
Before I was even awake fired up my iron and it was going well but because I was half asleep doing this shit and also not having a proper iron stand for this big boy iron I basically dangle it off my desk.
To make a long story short I grabbed my iron on the heated part and it woke the other half of me up. Trying to shake it off I was like eyyyy I can’t really feel my fingers. I had came to conclusion I wasn’t gonna get it done today. took most of the day off as I left my hand in the freeze lounge.
And now we are back at it.
I have hopes of getting to Vesc programming if I go absolutely nuts.
But I should get to BMS wiring forsure.
