To me it looks like a bustin sportster that’s had a really ugly chop
edit: on second thoughts i don’t think it is… the drop down is cut away further on the sportsters so it doesn’t turn up on the main standing platform
any photos of the bottom that might give us a clue? In any case, it looks like a drop down deck that’s been chopped
Neck and concave don’t look quite right. Sportster has slight w and rounder shoulders with a little of the drop in the ends

i’m thinking that given the raw finish, it might be a skate shred deck

Got in a trade for my some jordans i didnt care much about. Guy was using it with meepo nls pro .

Looks like it might make a fun downhill deck on narrow top mount setup if you gouge out some wheel dents. What’s the plan for this guy?

It actually did have wheel dents. I considering using it for my build
