CAD like software for creating vector graphics?

Anyone know of any cad like software for designing vector graphics. I use inkscape for vector graphics but for more precise stuff like tangent, angle of line and other geometric conditions etc, what do you guys do?

Iā€™m interested as well. I often wish drawing in other programs was like solidworks sketching with perfect relations.

Adobe illustrator has a lot of it but is definitely more art and graphic focused.

Illustrator CS 2016 or later has a 3D tool layout that is it good, very similar to Solidworks.

I use Vcarve from vectric it is made specifically for cnc and can generate toolpaths. It is a bit expensive 350$ I think, there is a lighter cheaper software they have, but it is limited to 24ā€X24ā€ design area.
