I contaced them about this severe safety issue two months ago. A month ago I reached out again and used the BBB site to try and get help. No reply to either method
They also blatantly lie about the deck composition aa seen here. The decks are made only of wood. There is NO fiberglass layer at all.
They are not only knowingly lying about deck composition but also are okat with cracking two or more layers of wood. I didn’t sand further but I wouldn’t be surpises if more layers come broken. This is not acceptable and their lack of response is damning. Don’t risk buying anything they make.
