Hi Alan, are you making the enclosure for the new T core Sportster?
I’m sorry but the new t-core is smaller than the regular Sporster and the Sporster has already very little room inside it, so making an even smaller enclosure could be a PIA for builders and maybe not a good idea unless the regular Sporster is being discontinued.
I just used an orbital sander and sanded down the corners of the enclosure to match the deck then repainted it. not the best solution but makes it workable

In shipping at the moment, sent it down to Full Send to build a battery pack for me. should be able to give you guys some pics in the next few days.

Yes sorry about the wait havent been able to do much with it
As you can see it is slightly past the deck in the corners even with it being shaved down
