Boosted ESC Replacement

btw! @Venom121212 how long has the battery been on RLOD?

I got an update from the guy and eshould be able to order the amnesia chip by end of next week

A few months now I believe. Thatā€™s awesome! The soldering doesnā€™t look too terrible. Iā€™ll have to bust out the microscope but should be fun. Keep me poast-ed

oh, itā€™s had RLOD for a few months? :grimacing:

Iā€™m not 100% itā€™s going to recover from itā€¦ but it may be worth a try if you still want

Hello. This might be a dumb question but, I lost my V1 remote, and since the company was bought out, they arenā€™t making anymore. Is there a way, thatā€™s simple-ish, to reprogram the esc in the board to accept input from a DJI controller or should I just get a new set? (Esc+controller)

Unfortunately you need a V1 remote. It canā€™t talk to any other kind of remote.
ā€¦and you canā€™t change the ESC without changing the battery/BMS too.
So you youā€™ll need new enclosure(s).
And you might as well get new motors if youā€™re changing all that. And motor hangers.
And V1 remotes are like $300 on ebay because of this.
Itā€™s a shitty situation.
