Got more straight cuts in for M1 and M1-AT
Ratios are 88/17 and 88/23
For M1 drive, the same 2.78 is available; 64/23.

Gone are the days of loose pinions.
Additionally, bonding surface area is now doubled.

POM plastic wheel gear adapter cuts weight + reduces wear.

Need a design for 3d printed gearboxes that assembe into a 6 axis robot arm. To use up the old helical gear sets that these may replace.

I’d love that, but not enough demand apparently :sob:

Still running the OG helicals with shaft collars, been holding up well for now. I may swap to the new 4.6 helical with the bigger contact area at some point, idk.
