Well there seems to be a bit of an issueā¦
The flange is zinc plated steel and the pulley is aluminum. They cannot anodize it without masking off the flange which is very tedious work (all the teeth).
Long story shortā¦the adapter side is anodized but the pulley side isnāt. Looks weird from the beginning until you realize you canāt see any difference

They should, yes. The hanger profile is caliber II minus some arch material.

I would have preferred the shorter ones but I didnāt have any money to spend at the time.

will they be bolt on pulley or the ones with a bearing inside the pulley ?

Bearing inside, they are press-fit.

Are the Kegal and Abec pulley widths exactly 15mm or slightly larger or have a little play for belt ?
