Building a 51.1v lifepo4 14s battery. 51.1v chargers are hard to find, easier to find 54v output. wondering why people are afraid to get chargers rated at higher voltage when the bms is supposed to prevent overcharging? Is it simply that if the bms fails then the batteries will be overcharged and potentially ruined?
