Blown Mosfets. Need Help Diagnosing

I just finished a battery build and wired the xt-60 according to the positive/negative markings on the connector without checking the esc connector. :sleepy:
My battery lit up like a Christmas tree. I put another battery in the board and within a minute of riding I heard a pop and lost power.

Here’s the damage.

I tested the mosfets and two are blown. I’m lost at this point though. If it’s just the mosfets , I’m willing to replace them, but I don’t know if anything else on the board is blown (or how I would diagnose it). If anyone has experience with this I would really appreciate the help.

So it was initially reverse polarity?

Yes, I’m assuming that’s what caused it. Although, when I pulled it out, I noticed some chunks of solder floating around under the esc. It looks like the phase wire bullet connectors got so hot that the solder flowed out of the cups of the connector. It was the connectors on the same two phases as the blown mosfets.

One of my eovan esc’s blew a mosfet, and it most certainly wasn’t reverse polarity.
