Bindings/toe clips for street board?

I currently have a flux at2 build that i want to put some toe clips/bindings on so i can get more leverage when turning and accelerate/brake harder. Ive looked at the tomiboi ones and they look pretty solid, just wondering what other options are out there and what people run?

I loved the tomiboi for my flux i think they are the best street bindings because of how minimal they are, they make a huge difference for tuning but I have never had an issue bailing, I think the other popular option is the MBS but I much prefer the tomiboi

I think that the broad concensus is that actual bindings are pretty dangerous if you want to ride in or close to traffic
Toe clip, there are different options, I haven’t tried them so far but if I recall it all started with the yobis you can make for yourself, then I think mboard had some and free-something (yeah sorry) had some too

Tomiboi toeclip on the front has been great for me.
Can accelerate, brake and ride more aggressively overall, great for low speed tight turns.
Didn’t have any big wipeouts, but on slow bails it didn’t trip me.

I have a set of Tomiboi bindings on the way for my street board. Planning on running just a front one to start… looking forward to it. Hoping to get a set of MBS F5 for my off-road board in the works too. As far as I know those are the two most common binding types around here.

I ride with MBS bindings, they are really comfortable. Some people use them without grip tape in order to slide out easier when bailing. I personally say fuck it and use vicious grip on mine.

Freebord hook on the front is super fun on thane. I spend more time on this than my vesc based boards.
