Hi guys, I am planning on running TB110s, with 40t wheel pulley. It is 15mm. I have 20mm motor pulleys, will they work together or will 20mm be too wide?
Also, how do I work out the size of the bel needed?

The max width of the belt you can use is the smallest flanged pulley width, that is to say as your motor pulley is 20mm, does your wheel pulley have a flange (A duct which the belt sits in) or is it open? Its okay to have 5mm of belt hanging off the edge of the pulley (Although over time, it will develop some damage where it overlaps, but its still going to be stronger than a 15mm belt)
You can always use a 15mm belt with a 20mm wide pulley.
As for the length, take some string and wrap it around your setup or ask here and someone may have used your exact setup before (We need to know the motor mount you’re using)
