12s4p, complete batteries go for cheap on here but i can personally vouch for the build of this one. 
haven is also very meticulous about storage and care of his equipment. You won’t be able to make a pack as cheap unless you get the cells and supplies and tools for free. That pack will easily do 80battery amps continuously and more burst. What’s your budget?
