I have one of the ones that is out of stock (a blue one) and it has lasted through way more than it deserves to lol. One time back when I first made my board, it came out of the hole I mounted it in and got wet, the display flickered for a whole day but it went back to working again and I’m still using it with over 1k miles on my board

All display inside is made of glass. LCD cannot be made with plastic.

I’m bringing this thread back from the dead. Do these cheapo Amazon meters work ok on boards? Something like this:
