Battery clinic for my revived 10s2p

I have a “Meepo ER” style 10s2p pack made of Molicel p42a cells. The previous owner sold them to me with the warning that they revived the pack from deep discharge.

I’m trying to diagnose an issue where the voltage across the 10s pack is only 32V and the BMS refuses to charge it further.

I took a multimeter and measured between the following BMS probes (in white lines):

Now I’m no battery expert, but the 0V readings are really worrisome. Is it just the case that a couple cells are dead? What else could be happening here?

Unsurprisingly, that would mean that both of those series groups are completely dead. Do not charge or discharge this pack again, it’s useless now.

good job on the daly bms for not letting it blow up and somehow still charging the other cells lol

Would it be a bad idea to replace the dead cells?

You shouldn’t be using this pack at all my friend. “Revived” cells are not safe for this application and it appears as though 2 of youe groups may be at 0v but I can’t tell if you measured them correctly based on this diagram.

Either learn how to build a proper pack or check out the trusted battery builders wiki and get one commissioned. This pack is a fire hazard, my guy. Safely dispose of it ASAP. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHARGE THE DEAD GROUPS OR THIS CAN AND WILL LEAD TO FIRE.
