Were hosting a string of racing events for a national championship down under in Western Australia. 4 days of racing, starting with friday night under lights for practice & qualifiers, main race all day saturday, indoor pro race on sunday (with an exhibition endurance race for the sportman category) and the pro endurance race indoors on the monday night. Well be running a few group rides and an intro2speed session around these dates also, and will likely book extra track sessions if we get a few interstate and overseas guests
Registrations will open soon and ill post further details as they come to life

Awesome to have you guys coming over to the west coast! I realised I hadnt updated this thread AT ALL since posting, and weve had some big updates. I assume that anyone genuinely interested in the event would be following the AusPEV socials, but for those who aren’t, here’s a quick update:
-
We currently have around 50 racers participating with registration still open for a few days. This makes the 2025 nationals the largest esk8/euc race event to take place in Australia (that we’re aware of). Awesome that this is happening in little old Perth.
-
we’ve had a massive boost in sponsorship, with boards for prizes from Meepo, Acedeck, Propel, veymax & omw as well as support for the euc categories from E-riderz and general event support from PEV spares as well as local companies Middys Electrical & MHR Hydraulics.
-
given the participation rate is more than double our regular local season, we’re expanding our timing system and integrating it into a live stream. The live stream will be a simple set up (we are a grassroots club after all) but the viewers will have options to select different cameras and angles as well as view live timing results.
-
we have an online raffle (for aussies) at $10 per ticket with boards up for offer thanks to veymax. These funds directly go into the Electric Sports Racing Association Buy your raffle tickets

2x group rides have been locked in. The first one on thursday night which will cruise around the Swan River and through Perth City, passing through Elizabeth Quay where we held the EQ cup in 2023. The 2nd ride is a coastal ride along the beautiful Northern Beaches of the Perth Metro area.

some people are considering staying longer. We have a handful of racetracks to choose from - and currently in talks with a new kart club around 1 hr east of Perth, so were looking to book more sessions depending on peoples interest. We also have offroad trails available to go if we want.
-
we’ll be opening up registrations for the spec class very soon. We will run a short track variation for these races, and riders will be classed based on their weight. More info will be out very soon on that one
