@LAZYROLLING I saw that you updated your ETAs so that everything is getting shipped out by the 3rd week of June! Does that include the new CE2 pads? Also, will we be getting emails with tracking numbers once our orders get shipped?

Took my first spill today turning hard over some of this crap that was camouflaged into some colored cement… Urethane and cement ribs really don’t get along.
Ran out a bit before rolling onto my back, wearing a helmet and a backpack and… shorts and a tee. Backpack saved me, I think. I’m totally fine, but reminded of how quickly something you’re not prepared for can happen on these things.
Can’t wait for my lazyrolling gear to show up!

If you check their ETA page it says they are shipping all preorders out by the 3rd week of June and everything (including the new CE2 pads) is getting in this week. The ETA page is here: https://lazyrolling.com/pages/eta

@LAZYROLLING I have ordered 2020 armored hoodie, pre-order LVL 2 pads, crash replacement, pre-installed lvl 1 pads. Ordered all this on the 20th of May. The items have not been sent out yet.
I tried asking about estimated time of arrival the same day I ordered, but have not gotten an answer to my email.

Perhaps that’s what happened to me.
Anyway, I would rather make a post here at the moment, my answer might also help other customers.
I had assumed that I would get my hoodie with level 1 pads right away, and the level 2 pads in the 3rd week of June. It seems though that the whole order is on hold until the pre-order which is not ideal 
Considering it has already been weeks since my order, I can wait another 2 weeks, but then I would want money back for the level 1 armor, and get level 2 pre-installed instead. Is this possible? I imagine I am not the only one in this situation.
Anyway, you guys rock, cheers from a fellow Swede

Thanks man, yes you can buy Level 2 instead, but they cost 40 USD more than the level 1 pads.
Just inform support@lazyrolling that you wanna upgrade.

On a different note-
Where would you recommend I place an order for your armored gear in California? From your website or do you guys have distributors? Any discounts for forum members looking to spend around 500USD on some armored gear by any chance?
By the way I think its a wise business move to dump all resources into the armored gear, you guys seem to have the upper hand in the niche category of stylish protective gear- you guys get it that people want stuff that protects well but doesn’t look like it would… and like the skinny jeans, their in tune w more modern streetwear. Safety is important but if we keep it real, looking cool is more important for most folks especially young folks, whether or not they care to admit it… you guys seem to get that.
However your gear drives and motors were esk8 porn. Perhaps if “neutrality” is of concern then release them under a different entity? There’s a fast growing client base of customers eager to pay for premium esk8 products. This isn’t new news for you guys though 
Thank you for your great products. At the end of the day I’d imagine there’s some moral satisfaction just knowing that your making a living by helping people stay safe and phisically protected, or at the least minimizing harm as much as possible.

Like I said, I ordered level 2 pads AND level 1 pre-installed already. Thinking I would get the hoodie with level 1 and get a second package when the pre-order ships.
But my full order seems put on hold to wait for level 2 to ship. This means I will have no use for the installed pads once I get my products.
Thing is I already paid for level 2 pads, AND level 1. And I will not have a use for level 1 because of the order being put on hold instead of shipping what could be shipped.
I will send another email and hope we can sort it that way.

I sent another email minutes after your initial response to me here on esk8 news. I have sent multiple emails for a while now. Not gotten any response since middle of May. My message here on esk8 news 15 days ago was misunderstood, and any e-mails before and after that have not gotten a response. I don’t think this is @LAZYROLLING s fault, I am guessing I got stuck in spam filter for some reason.
