Nah, we’re only responding to emails via support@lazyrolling.com. Often “some” people don’t read our response and write again from a different email address regarding the same question they did not understand the answer to. When they do that there has been 2 tickets made for that question, and that’s perfect way to get Ghosted by us. Another way is to write to us in like an asshole, that works also very well to get Ghosted. // Daniel

We are not sure why some people get that. But try to save our email address in your address book. In case that won’t solve it, go to our website and press/tap the green support button to create a ticket.

When I ordered mine I only got a PayPal receipt and no other info from Lazyrolling? Is this normal?

No, it should go out to the email address you put in with your order. Have you checked the spam folder, saved us in your address book?

I ordered months ago so I guess that was deleted from the spam folder if it came.
I sent a message to support yesterday with a copy of the PayPal receipt, just wanted to make contact and check it wasn’t lost in the ether!
