I think you pay half the price of the hoodie…

No. Insurance is $30.
Then you can replace for half of retail price if damaged.

Try and find any other Kevlar lined hoodie at this quality for less than what they are selling theirs for.

I couldn’t

40 posts were split to a new topic: Kellag doesnt like LR, LR doesnt care

As much as I love my hoodie the current pricing is a bit high. They have made a few improvements over the original hoodie that I have(probably more like the amazon one linked) like a belt clip and new pads.

If it could be reduced by like $50 it would be in a nicer pricing point.

Lol just wear the pads! I live in hawaii and definitely cant wear a jacket or hoodie comfortably while riding. A long sleeve shirt with integrated protection would be dope tho, @Tamatoa what did you have in mind?

Our 2020 hoodie will stay at $160 With the new features such as airflow zippers etc.
But the jacket is way more expensive to produce, therefore the pricing.

Yes I was thinking of a long sleeve shirt as well, I wanted to look into motocross gears but they are far from being stealthy. Even when it gets cooler here it is still too hot for a hoodie or a jacket.

Please read the specs for the jacket

I LOVE my LR armored hoodie! I am someone who is very picky about comfort when riding and I have absolutely zero complaints other than it being a tad bit warm during the summer months, but with a little speed and good air flow, problem solved. Keep in mind I have the first version of the jacket so it is a little thicker.

I just gotta say, Gabriel looks bad ass in that jacket.

Thanks for the suggestion, Is this more suitable for hot and humid climate like on a Tropical island. Here in Tahiti the temperature averages at 28 deg celcius throughout the year

There might even be a future thinner version as well.
