Archived: the OG noob question thread! 😀

not a 100% sure but most of the boards use metric screws socket cap screws are what most guys use here. Your best bet would to go to your local hardware store with the enclosure and try to see what fits you will know right away if it is metric or standard as it wont go in more then 2 or 3 threads.

If anyone has an answer for @whaddys please tag me also

Does anyone know where I can get inertubes for 6"x2" pneumatic wheels?

Hi, my unity keeps disconnecting and stops responding to commands. I’m trying to flash the firmware again in an attempt to resolve it, but this keeps timing out. When I start it up the error led flashes once. What could cause this?

You could try @Psychotiller his sixshooters are 6x2

Thank you. It is dual 6374 with Flipsky dual 6.6 plus. I did a metr record.

Remote is mini remote.

Sorry not sure how much I can help here except asking more questions the data for the most part looks fine to me (no faults nothing too unexpected some negative duty cycle but not sure that’s an issue) assume using canbus and traction control? Would maybe try with it off just to experiment, but maybe someone with experience can see something else in the data or setup I’m missing.

Does anyone know or have the connectors for a 12s d140 bms?

Just did some quick searching and looks like it’s a JST EH connector https://www.electric-skateboard.builders/t/8-pin-jst-eh-for-d140-bms/94969 JST is generic (japanese solderless technology) but EH should be that particular one according to post there

Hi!Can you help me?
Would it be correct in this way serie connection?

I had that same issue…I moved my remote receiver far away from power cables and ESC. that solved my issue.

If the ESC is on the left side and the batteries on the right side, then yes it is electrically correct except I’d use a female connector for the side that goes to the ESC on the left.

i appreciate the reply. i was with @yelnats8j and @Juddymuddy and there was a loose spot weld on the battery that came loose and we later figured it out because it shorted and burnt 5 cells as you can see in the picture. i’m working on getting cells so we can rebuild. thanks

Cells have been shipped

How do the small single MayTech 4.12 VESCs compare to the small single FlipSky 4.20 VESCs?

Running a 5065 at 10s with maybe 45/30 motor amps and 30/20 batter amps
