I found the charger port I would like to use, and its guaranteed delivery in 6 days… Except the only pin options are 6 and 7 Pins 
Would the extra pins be a problem? Should I just look for another US vendor with 2pin?

Is there such a thing as a nylon threaded insert? Basically a nylon lock nut that is an insert. I tried on google but nothing came up.
Hmm I’m surprised I’ve never seen this idea implemented. I mean, we blue loctite into threaded inserts sometimes so why not?

i’ve looked high and low for this. an M4 threaded insert under 10mm with a nylock ring towards the bottom end… yes please. Somebody needs to make this.
