Apex Boards - UK Storefront

Some people do it, no idea what it would be like!

@sleepless, no issues mate, we’ve been running them for a long time now and there’s quite a few boards out there with them. Haven’t heard of any problems

What are the hex nut sizes on the bushings / axles?

VAT is lame : ) cool stuff wish some of the stuff could ship to US.

The axels are 7/16 UNF

Kingpins are 3/8 UNF

@esk8noob the only thing we can’t send to the US is batteries, what we’re you looking at? We have sent hundreds of parcels to the USA

Well then, thanks for posting that! I’m going to delete my comment so it doesn’t confuse anyone.

I gave one truck to a friend who did install it only on the front of his board. I was skeptical about it, but he did like the setup. From his words, not as good as having both trucks, but definitely better than with the trampa infinity trucks all over.

On cruise speed the front is turny and more precise than infinity and finality (its was what im lookin for) but between 30/40kmh the front truck became “shimmy” and wobble but i don’t care i use my board on trails and rarely reach that speed… bushing story i guess.

My goal was to stop lift the rear wheel when i carve slowly (and lose traction) and not feel like i’m in a washing machine because too soft barrels on finality or loose bushings on apex airs.

I cant scientifically say why it works but its the better mix that i have found for my use.

I ride in French and Swiss alps, only paths so maybe its a little different than road/park mtb ride style, idk im happy with it so

Have you balanced your front wheels? Can help a lot if there’s a little shimmy.

Nope, wheels are always full of mud or snow so balancing them is useless imo

I was trying to find fasteddy bearings distribution in EU/UK and found none but also you don’t stock any 608… so that makes me think maybe you could apply to distribute for fasteddy?

If not interested maybe @Anubis would be.
