I’ve always wanted to do that, but I don’t think we can go so tiny motors, ideally this would be with 4 x 5055 motors, but they have double the resistance of 6355 motors for any given Kv
Somehow I managed to miss this thread of yours which is very unusual for me where your stuff is concerned.
I am so doing this with an old set of Jacob hubs I have rattling round my shop. Good powerful old school hubs with crap urethane so should be spot on.
Got to finish the Rocket first though.

Yes we start making this already. Is can fit standard width of truck 184mm and can run 90mm wheel.

I spent 6 hours today servicing my DD ironicly I thought they would simplify my servicing no belts gears pulleys mounts ect. All it does is transfer the issues inside. Never had motors give me so many issues. I am still not a fan, i like mechanical advantage and swapping pulleys. DD you are stuck with fixed torque. They are not bad my love is a love hate. I like being able to go 60km/h + on 150mm wheels but hate I slow down to 5km going up the hill near my house. I would like to try these on 16S.
