Here’s another question right side is Bluetooth for maker, left side is VX4 rcvr.
Should rcvr have an antenna like the BT?
That blue pcb sticking out has an antenna trace on it that serves as the receiver
It’s different, but serves the same function. Depending on the frequency and installation, the longer stranded antenna may offer higher performance. If I recall there might also be a micro connector on the Vx4 where you could attach an auxiliary antenna, but I haven’t looked in a minute
