Why is the height 18.31 instead of a nice round 18 to make the bounding box square?

18.31mm is stronger than 18.00mm

Would need all new clamps for mounts n gear drives. I feel like its a pretty insignificant issue.
Definitely not an issue, but usually numbers like that are rounded and Iâm curious what the justification was
Its not imperial and itâs not a 40° slope
Theyâre an interpolation of caliber profile. Caliber is 18mm wide, but the arch is such that an 18mm square wouldnât quite fit inside.
