big warning if you live in canada , i purchased by mistake a Nyx z3 acedeck with the 777wh
and they want me to pay 20% of the value of my purchase and also 150$ for the shipping return , i try to contact them by email 6h later to ask them to cancel my order but surprise 12 hour later they send me a email to tell me my board is all ready shipped! ,.
it’s the first time of life i have to pay 650$ to return a board , still waiting to arrived at my door.
its not even finish , here in canada we have to pay custom fee and tax some this board
cost me about 3500$ cad but the us price was 1599$ , my diy board is more powerful than this acedeck board and cost me 1800$ cad

the moral of the story be sure to not make a mistake like me acedeck is all ready piss me off , not sure if will buy stuff from them again

I feel your pain but a restocking fee isn’t an outlandish practice.

i found that i can set battery cells count with the remote :grin: so i opened the esc case plug the 6s lipo pack and voila ! , so now i can use any voltage i want from 6s to 20S ! so i keep my board ! very happy! it’s save my day ! i will now able to use my 12s lipo pack on the top of the 14s 3p pack , i just need to found a way to add a connector somewhere

Is this an ace deck warning or a Canadian border customs patrol warning. Sounds Like you were charged double for your board to receive it?

Their whole business philosophy* The whole company was a clown show man, I got shafted with a beta stormcore that fried immediately at 20s (Despite it being rated for that) then they changed the specs to 18s only and offered me 15% off a replacement. The boards didnt even feel good to ride, the hypertrucks especially, they just looked good in pictures. I can’t comment first hand but I don’t believe they treated any of their staff very well at all either.

the board was already somewhere in canada warehouse so no extra fee

yes but do you want to lose 656$ to ship it back ? so decided to keep it , maybe i will sell some parts of the board like esc and battery …

still struggling with acedeck theses agents don’t understand english , 15 email later and 5 video and they don’t know what i need , i got the first batch version trucks but how it can be possible ? the lower rear arm are not upgraded , and the front upper arms also loose, also my trip meter from the remote don’t want to reset to zero , it start everytime 4km
