Since the hangers and motor mounts were precision-machined to fit each other, there’s no retrofit slop at all. Super easy to set up and adjust as well. I have four sets of Kahua in all.

If you have the ability to weld aluminum, it might not be bad.
Without that, I wouldn’t try it.
