75100 with alu still not working after fuse replacement

BOARD HELP NEEDED!

Yesterday i hopped into this forum looking for help and got alot of help to be honest. I had this issue with a burnt fuse looking for a new one and replacing it. well, i replaced it and welp nothing still… The controller doesn’t power on. It only makes this buzzing sound and the blue LED comes on so slightly that you can only see it in a pitch black room.
I will attach a youtube video of my board and everything.

I am really badly looking for someone who knows what this issue is and how to fix it. Calling the mechanics and people who fix these boards.

PS: I am no pro at soldering any boards so don’t scratch your eyes out xD

How certain are you that the fuse you used

is a drop-in replacement to the original fuse

It does the job for sure. even bridging it works. I am pretty certain I somewhat know where the issue is after looking at it for a long time and surfing through google.

I’ll give you some suggestions, I hope it will be helpful to you.

  1. When you disconnect the power supply, you need to use a multimeter to measure the short circuit of each power supply group (BAT power supply, 12V power supply, 5V power supply, 3.3V power supply). It is recommended to measure the short circuit of the phase line after disconnecting the motor;
  2. After confirming or solving the short circuit of the power supply, you need to measure whether the voltage of each power supply group is working properly when the power is turned on.
  3. After confirming that the power supply voltage is working properly, you need to confirm the working condition of the chip, whether the firmware is correct, whether the working indicator light is normal, and whether it can be connected to the host computer.
  4. After the above steps, most of your motherboard problems have been solved.
