40" Drop Deck TB40

Yeah, they sell em. They don’t line up very well with the bolt holes so you may have to Dremel the deck a little bit to get them to align properly.

That’s perfect! I don’t see them on the site, did you have to DM Dexter for them?

yeah, you will have to ask Dex, theres an option for them on the site, but only if you purchase a complete deck and it always says out of stock. But he should have some.

@jkoljo You can take a blade/knife and just cut around the enclosure for the gasket. That’s what we’ve been doing.

Thanks! Sent you a PM about a couple of details as well. All in all it looks like a nice deck. Now heading to hardware store to get some supplies for the build.

Sending you an email to confirm details about order now. :relaxed:

are you missing your order too?

I did some funky add stuff to an existing order like 3 times and switch AT wheels or tb110 etc etc…

Routed the deck cutout wider with a dremel. Now it fits a 12S4P nicely.

Nice! I would recomend reinforcing that somehow

Hmm, I only took out a few millimeters. I actually did an angled cut and left the bottom corners of the original cutout intact. If the deck is now too weak, it was too weak already when I got it.

Good call.

Yeah, take it from a mechanical engineer, that deck is fine.

by the color I see look like P42a’s

Not really many options for only a 4P. 40T, 30T P42
