I was wondering if you also sell spare motor and wheel gears for the nano drive? And if not, where could I get some?

Got the helical ss mini gear drive. Looks pretty good.
I also got the 2.9" wheels. It seems the Bergmeisters arenāt fitting well because the lip is a little taller. Seems a bit much to stretch. Also on the site theyāre listed as compatible, but I see here itās not listed as such; what gives?
Little annoying things to check is the the wheel spacer on at least one wheel is not the right size. Screws on adapter bit long, hit motor. Drives are red loctite, I assume, so more work to get second motor on there if space is tight.
Also for US peeps, something to keep in mind is I got slapped with a $32 import charge on my order (not happy about it)

Why would you not get import charge? Sounds very low for the price it was worth.

First time Iāve gotten import charges, at least as a separate charge. Brings the price of the drives to $777. Just something to keep in mind

I just calculate charges into the price, it used to be 50/50 for me in the UK but these days nothing seems to slip through. I think the last order I dodged import on was an order of two unities in December 2018. Pretty much everything since then has been +20% and handling fee.
Sucks, but other than downvalueing the product and risking loss in the mail and not enough insurance thereās not much a vendor can do

Yeah Iām in the US. I think itās $800, I just read. I did have pulleys and extra hanger so I guess that puts me over the limit, damn it

2.9" wheels does not fit bergmeister wheels itās for 6x2" tires. The mounting holes matches bergmeister wheels but are not compatible.
You must only get charged a percentage on the excess then. Lawdy that would be nice.
I bought two decks from Shenzhen for Ā£83 and the import fees were more than the product cost, significantly more.

If I would order something from US to Sweden for 800USD I would pay 215USDā¦ 32 sounds very cheap, wish I was in US. Yes I know we got almost free healthcareā¦

3d serveses are a lot cheaper on postage from EU to US than most US suppliers to EU by a long way and you pay barley any TAX or handling fee when it arives.

Most US companyās donāt care about EU customers get the 1st quote and itās take it or leave it. we then have to pay both US and EU tax on that high rate.
Just to add insult itās free shiping in US but that shiping cost is included in the price so we also pay the US shiping cost on top but donāt get it.
Thereās some nice people on the forums helping me get around this now

Surfrodz truly donāt give a flying fuck about any customer I fear. Itās just a sideline earner and weāll be done with them soon as a community Iām sure.
