Just got V4 urethane setup with 260 hangers and kegel drives. Any tips for mounting TB110s? Front axles are about 12-15mm too long for these wheels, and rear axles are too short. Assume that the kegel adapters are set up for press fit. Do I need to disassemble the gear drives to press them in?
Nah remove the lock nut and push them on gonna warn you that the tolerances are really tight, also for the front I use two regular sk8 bearings as a spacer with a speedring at the end before the wheel.
That’s genious right there! I’ve used these with speed rings before the wheels:

Will there be an option for 10mm motor shaft for FB320/MBS trucks?
Both ECO and SS HD will work. For 10mm ECO please contact me about these orders personally.
Do I need to shorten the motor shaft for 10mm with the ECO? Trying to install 6496s to it.
Also, does the SS HD come with the FB320 hanger?
Hey guys.
If buying fb320s Pls make sure to upgrade your spring adjustment screws from the ones @3DServisas includes with the kit
Unfortunately the ones in the kit don’t fit the shock block really well “stem is too short and thick”
And I’ve seen it before where the aluminum plate becomes becomes separated from the urethane block and the only thing that will keep that from becoming a disaster is a long stem on the adjust screw
Totally worth buying a set from mbs if you’re going to be rocking fb320s “great hangers btw”

Good luck fellas
Quick questions before I finish installing my V4 urethanes. Are people using Loctite on the housing screws? They are so tiny. I’m worried they’ll break if I ever need to remove them. Also what about Loctite on the screws that mount the wheel gear to the Kegel adapter? Loctite eats plastic.
Edit: Wheel gear, not motor gear
Loctite will not eat this plastic. Use either red or green loctite for those bolts.
For case bolts, I doubt any loctite is needed. Fingertighten(using long part of allen key) till the screw stops and add 45-90 degrees of rotation.
I haven’t used any loctite on any of them and they haven’t loosened, finger tight while making sure not to strip them is definitely the way I think,
I used blue on those and haven’t had any issues
I mean some dudes with thane might hit some old town tiles and it might not hold. It’s all very situational.
Blue - red - green according to your road situation then.
Regarding the FatBoy 320 block adjustment screws:
When first inserting them, make sure to get it right into the hole. The size is perfect for the hole in the aluminum, so it presses into it and keeps a good hold. I use them personally and don’t see a single issue. I have seen people who do not tighten the screws enought to get the screws pressed into the Shock Block aluminum part.
Original on the left, my version on the right.
