I’m finishing up some 3D printed TPU tunnel foot pads and they’re quite strong at 20% infill and 6 walls I imagine if you printed wings 100% solid TPU they would work great. You could also do PETG, but the slight squish from TPU could be really nice.

These take ~20 hrs each

This is fairly old now but what was the purpose of the washers in the middle of the print/is there more info on this posted somewhere?
