Not sure if it’s useful for anyone but I made these things that fit MBS rockstar 2 hubs. Can be used to get a flat surface for your pulley, to make a gear drive adapter, or to make gears fit tighter and stiffer than just using the normal bolts. They were a very tight fit and needed to be warmed lightly and pressed firmly before it snapped into place. The inner holes might be the Trampa pattern but don’t count on it.

Haha that would be funny. Just for clarity the two ones in front are the normal spacers for the hubs made by someone else here I just changed the height.
The four at the back are the pieces I made that click
and lock onto the hubs through friction (at least with the right print settings) that I used for my pulleys with a second set of screws to make it stronger, stiffer, straighter.
Per the request of @Dnollie I made up a quick lid file for this box wall in case anyone wants it. I put in a 16mm hole for a power switch. It’s a STEP file so feel free to beat up the file however you see fit to make it work for you ![]()

Would anyone be interested in redesigning a superstar wheel spoke to accept a BN M1 gear drive? My reasoning is that the OE spoke bearing seat and bearing assembly supports a 608 (8mm) or 6900(10mm) axle, each with a 22mm outer bearing diameter. This could be retained if the spokes were modified (thickened?) to accept drive pins. Is there a reason nobody has done this before which I might not be aware?
My thoughts were that instead of having to buy new wheel hubs,you’d only need a pair of redesigned spokes to adapt existing wheel hubs for BNM1s or a direct drive setup.
My plan is to get the new spokes made a my local trade school on their CNC machine.
Thoughts?
If all you need is to thicken up the spokes you could start with 95a TPU spoke wrapper? It should also alleviate shock, kind of like the way newbee does some gear drives.

I don’t need them anymore, I started designing my own gear drives from scratch.
