£260 - ALL TERRAIN MOON DRIVES

Paging @Venom121212
is there a specific puller that you use? The one I got was greater then 8mm diameter.

Same problem here. I just dremeled the awl head down to fit and covered it in some heat shrink because I don’t know it sounded cool.

Is loctite 680 ok for securing the pinion or is 641 needed?

I just used this to pull the pinion gear.
after doing exactly what @b264 said

just turn it backwards until the plunger thing pops off and toss that piece in the garbage the resulting screw threads fit into an 8mm

are wheel plates the same for all batches?

No, a bit different from batch to batch

What do you need to know specifically?

was working on the parametric spacer. and realized my naive version works for batch2 @Venom121212 but not my batch1 plate because of the extra hump in the center. which can be accommodated in a model but not in an easily 3d printable model that’s parametric thickness.

how many surface variations on the spacer side of the wheel plate? batch1 this raised bit. batch2 flat. others?

diameter changes between batches of the wheel plate?

Great thanks cause I don’t have a 3D printer

wow, nice job on the gear drives, I am pretty new to this stuff myself, but in the middle of a MTB build seeing this has me wondering would there be a chance of you sending one of these to Australia at all?
