I tried this once.
It was expensive, and I was always worried about wearing through them and having to buy more, so I wouldn’t ride the thing. So I’m back to pneumatic and they sit on a shelf.
I would totally ride it if we could get a set for your proposed amount.

12x22mm is a bad idea for what we do. you realize that each ball is gonna be less than 5 mm right?

yeah that’s the rub. the bearing is expensive and you’re likely going to kill it fast and/or unexpectedly.

Yeah and as i said before I’d recommend going an alternative route as the ball bearings are dangerously small

I cant answer that but Im assuming youre talking about matrix 2? I do not believe so. MAtrix 2 should be 9.5mm though

Yes but I also have some evolve hubs.
I’ll probably end up using the rockstars for 6” tires as well, just wanted an easy swap lol.

Yes canadian dollars. Still expensive. It was at canada bearings.com
