Where would I find these? I bought the BN wheels, but I don’t get the spacers with purchase.

Find on local fb engineering group somebody with lathe and buy aluminum tube
cheapest way

I found a 10 mm aluminum tube fit beautifully in my drill.
I cut it a bit long with a hack saw but then spun it in the drill with a file to cut it to length
Poor man’s lathe
I have a length of tube I was intending to use like that. Stainless. How many did you scrap?
My first one was too short, so I cut the subsequent ones longer then trial and errorred them to size,
My aluminum tube 10MM ID to 12.04 MM OD so I could use 12mm bearings on 10mm axles, and it took quite a while with a file to reduce the diameter to fit in the bearing.
if they were bearing spacers I would have spent more time trying to get the ends absolutely perfect so thy put pressure on inner race evenly.
Stainless is much more difficult to work with. I don’t know if the poor man’s lathe is feasible with stainless tube.
There are outfits who will make the spacer to your specs, I found them searching bearing spacer on this forum.
Do you have any advice for making them exactly the right size? I was using a lathe and instantly went from the bearings not seating fully to the spacer being loose
Sorry, I was not making them as bearing spacers but 10Mm axle sheathes so I could run 12mm bearings on 10mm axles. Perfection was not required for this, I just got them close enough that the Fivestar rim could not rock back and forth on the axle.
I would have loved to use an actual lathe, but I have never used one before.
I was using the drill in forward and reverse and changing the angle and pressure of the file, and trying to get the edges perpendicular but the file was still bouncing when i called it good enough.
I have bought 22.5mm MBS spacers for 12mm axles. They are a hard plastic.
Mbs has them.
Ope. Sorry. These are for 12mm axles
I have a spare set of 22.4mm x 10mm spacers from the SR125’s.
You could probably talk me into sending you the set.
Know anyone with a 3d printer?
Been using petg wheel spacers and bearing spacers for a while. exact perfect fit + cheap af = send it.
Just don’t overtighten
