2026 Smallest build Challenge! Smol or micro build challenge thread!

I’ve been calling this ‘The Mini’

It is 28.375 inches/72cm long

Weighs under 19lbs/8.63KG

Just a Lingyi on 10s1p Eve 40pl and Puaida 400 watt hub motors with 105mm Meepo sleeves.

Been riding it a lot.

Hypnotic carving sessions to jellify my legs and clear my mind.

It is far from finished.

Rarely put it on speed level 4 because

Unintentional torque wheelies scare my old ass.

Took it to 28mph, once.

Yeah! I think it qualifies. 33.5” long. Quite heavy tho from the SR125’s and 12s4p pack.

Just packed her up, racing in Toronto this weekend :chequered_flag:

Continued over in that thread, will be updating throughout the weekend

Very interesting, never heard of these before.

I wonder how well the remote signal would get through an aluminum deck.

Dude, this is so cool!!!

Perfect candidate for 210mm Duality’s!

Would be wild on such a short deck.

Smol stooge. 34” tip to tip. Not really a DIY but built by Moe.

Absolutely rf opaque - but that’s not the end of the story - a little careful receiver placement and should be a non issue. Not set on the deck though

Legit excited to see what you have planned after the Tantrum build!

Im playing so much with cf lately, might just have to keep the trend. Nothing has jelled in my head yet. Still tuning the tantrum and playing with the ideas

You just gotta mod it enough to feel like it’s really yours. How small /light you think you could make it?

Dude, this is so cool!!!

What kind of motor mounts and clamps are you using?!?! Are those from Idea?

Is this thing extra short? It looks so stubby.

I had not seen this one. Another beauty @Linny

Nice thread, so for me personalyy Lou board is the winner.

Yep, it’s IdeaTB’s mounts, the clamp is custom.

May I add another one? Shortboards are the popular choice in Singapore now haha

10s2p Lishen LR2170, dual Focbox 1.7 singles. BKB 190kv 6355s, and my ol caguamas 77A that was dyed black

Amazing build!!

How did you manage to get 30 batteries in there ?

I have 10s3p p42 too but my esk8 is a lot bigger

It’s built in staggered double stack, the enclosure is thick enough for that luckily.
