What is your ideal BMS?

he exists in a physics free universe…

Please show me the literature.

Of heat generated by moving electrons and electrons taking the path of least resistance?

Your both out of your minds. You won’t find SINGLE commercial use of 10mm wide nickel stripping on 8mm wide button tops. Even though they are current constrained in the first place.

Of anyone using a smaller initial conductor than the wire/cable, or stripping, coming after it.

Buz bars

They are wider than the conductor.

Wire/cable, etc. Bus bars are wider.

No it’s related to CSA not the with

so in your mind if we had a conductor equally as wide as the terminal, disregarding the actual spot weld connection but exactly one electron in height, that would flow an equal current as the same with conductor of infinite height, depth and/or thickness

Nope, thickness matter.

and I still wanna see some maths

yet width doesn’t matter?

hmmmmm we have a conundrum

It’s conservative. 1.5 amps per 120 cells = 170 amps. It’s actually much higher.

See how the supply cable on the left is smaller then the bar

where do the unhappi electrons flow? they’re preferential preferring width to thickness…

that’s politically incorrect

Are you serious?

Not the least bit relevant.

you only charge at cell x pgroup numbers not the whole back cell count

Why?

i been down this road before… he has his own maths
