"Hey guys-

Should I expect my pressfit mount to only resist rotational forces and be held on from the pressure of the wheel and axle nut, or should it be so snug that it’s won’t fall off like in the video? I appreciate your thoughts on this.

Thanks!"

And what kind of fit should this guy expect from it?

:rofl::rofl:

Not a clue. Don’t even know if moon made it. One may expect it to be a tad tighter than that but yes once the shoulder bolt goes in and pulley bearing, wheel etc

it will be fiiiine

Judging from the grub screw relief hole.

I’d only be concerned about the rattling noises it might make.

How would this be done anyway? Taking into account fault tolerances of SR (hmmm), thickness of coating, material change in different climate.
Plus IT IS THE SHOULDER BOLT THAT DOES THE PRESS FIT ya dummy (~spacer)

As long it is against rotational force your are good to go. Is the shoulder bolts with all the rest assemble that will keep everything in place.

Yes thats my press fit, its already been solved, turn out he had the different tolerance SR trucks (maybe the old type judging from the logo on the trucks), it fit perfectly fine on the latest SR trucks, and he order more mounting from me after that :blush:.
