Just for the record for anyone else reading, this is fake news.
Driving inductive loads like motor windings with pulsed square waves, you have large voltage spikes that can easily exceed the supply voltage by a significant amount.

letās just put it this way, yes, it can run 13s, but only to some extend. if Vspikes, then ya cap is gonna pop. sure it still ran at 13s, but at a very high risk of failing, doesnāt mean it doesnāt work.
