You’re gonna have to pay big bucks then. For some reason this whole hobby decided on 12s instead of the way more popular 13s standard.

yeah basically all non hv vescs max at 12s while a ton of ebikes and escooters use 13s

50.4 plus voltage spike = 60v

54.6v + voltage spikes have yet to equal 60V for me. Could be that I live below sea level in the NYC metro area with no hills

I have huge hills. One immediately after leaving after full charge. Requires brakes right after leaving with full charge. No issues as of yet after 10 months!

Just for the record for anyone else reading, this is fake news.

Driving inductive loads like motor windings with pulsed square waves, you have large voltage spikes that can easily exceed the supply voltage by a significant amount.
